Nektarios Zisis was born in Athens in January 1977. He has been married to Vaso since 2008 and they have 2 children, Giannis and Elina. He has more than 19 years of experience in the pharmacy sector. He began his career in 2004 as a sales consultant and 6 months later has become a team leader. In 2009 he joined Natura Pharm Ltd as Sales Manager where he stayed for 5 years.
In 2014 joined Pami Enterprises Hellas Ltd as Sales Manager and after 3 years he joined Advance Pharmacies Network S.A as business consultant. One year later as Head of Pharmacies Trainer, creates the Advance Growth training program. He created business tools, OnDemand videos, etc. to help the network members grow in areas such as: Customer service, Personal Growth, Leadership, Team Building, Communications Skills, Goal setting and achieving etc.
In 2018 he became key partner at IST College as professor in Communication Skills, Sales, Customer Service, Leadership & Personal Growth.
In October 2019, the Managing Director of IST College assigned him to lead an innovative programme – Personal Growth & Sustainability – to empower college students, aiming to help them change their perspective on things, believe in themselves, learn to communicate better and – above all – understand they can make their own dreams come true. The programme has been successful since most of his students, up to 95%, admitted they have discovered aspects of themselves they did not know they existed.
Earlier in March 2019, he got certified by the JMT (John Maxwell Team) as a Speaker Trainer & Coach. JMT is a global group of elite professionals, with over 100,000 certified Coaches, Trainers & Speakers in 120 countries, specializing in influencing and leadership. This exceptional team is trained by John Maxwell himself and his top colleagues. Its members are the only ones licensed to teach the top Leadership Expert’s material.
In 2021 he founds ZN Solutions. In October 2022, at the Victorious Business Awards where he receives the first prize as the best innovative training company, he meets the president of the GPA Group of companies, Mr. Anastasios Spanidis. Two months later they decide to join their forces and create Growth Point.
He is a keynote speaker in pharmaceutical conferences, columnist in health magazine & business site, and inhouse trainer in companies such as Vardas, Bread Factory, Humana, Natura Pharm, Pharmex, Yalco, Laser4Myopia etc.
He specializes in leadership, communications skills, goal setting & achieving, personal growth, sales techniques and teamwork. Being highly contagious, what characterizes his trainings is the structure and focus on results, something that is commonly acknowledged by the public.
